Get ready…these tips are not only easy but quick to put to work. And who doesn’t like things that are simple and easy???
Read through, get started and go.
Identify at least 2 to 3 easy ways that you are going to find houses.

There are plenty of ways that you can market for houses. None of them will work unless you identify them and check in on them to see what’s available. It can be a matter of setting up searches or enlisting the search help of realtors, but whatever path it is, it is up to you to make that a source for you and then check in with it on a regular basis.
Track your activity

How many houses are you looking at each week? How many offers are you submitting? When you are just starting out, it may not be alot. There is value to learn though, even from the houses where you’re offer wasn’t accepted. Early on, I would look back at the houses that someone else purchased and flipped and see what they sold the homes for. This helped me to learn if I was on the right track. Was I looking in good neighborhoods and were my numbers similar to theirs? All of this information serves to show you how much effort you are truly putting in on a weekly basis.
Plan your networking

Grab a calendar, look up your local real estate investing groups and then put their meeting days and times in your calendar. Attend these meetings as frequently as you are able to for the next 12 months. Part of the power in this type of networking is consistency. The more often you show up, the more credibility you have amongst the people you are meeting. It’s easy to do something a time or two but it is repetition that builds your networking skills. It’s also how you meet the right people at the right time.
Put these 3 tips into practice this week. They may not result in a house flip purchase right away but I am certain you will make progress toward your house flipping goal 90 days from now.
